All users on the Loop platform are our Loopers ❤️

Is Loop app available everywhere?

The Loop app is now available in Korea, the U.S., and Canada on both iOS and Android. We’ll be expanding globally soon.

Do I need Loop devices to use the app?

You can access the app without having our devices but a lot of in-app functions will not be enabled.

Do guests or visitors need to have an account or the app to interact with me?

Guests (non-users) can interact with you and your Loop devices without an account and on the browser but some features will be limited.

Is my data safe?

We take security and privacy to the highest level. Our products are cryptographically secured and we don't sell your information.

Where are the headquarters?

Cuemill Corporation’s headquarters are in Etobicoke, Canada. The company was founded in Ottawa in 2018.
