Cuemill Limited Warranty is a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. Cuemill hardware products (each, "Product") are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”) when used in accordance with Cuemill’s user manual(s).

If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Cuemill, at its option will (1) repair the Product at no charge, (2) exchange the Product with a product of equivalent functionality, or (3) refund the original purchase price. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear and damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.

Cuemill does not warrant, represent, or undertake that it will be able to repair or replace the Product under this warranty without risk to and or loss of information and or data stored on the Product. Proof of purchase may be required. For products purchased in Canada, Cuemill is Cuemill Corporation, 601 – 5343 Dundas St. W., Etobicoke, ON M9B 6K5.

Les produits matériels Cuemill (chacun, un "Produit") sont garantis contre les défauts de matériaux et de fabrication pendant une période d’un an à compter de la date d’achat au détail d’origine ("Période de garantie"), lorsqu’ils sont utilisés conformément au(x) manuel(s) d’utilisation de Cuemill.

Si un défaut survient pendant la Période de garantie, Cuemill, à sa discrétion, procédera à l’une des actions suivantes (1)réparer le Produit sans frais ; (2) échanger le Produit contre un produit offrant une fonctionnalité équivalente ; ou (3) rembourser le prix d’achat initial. Cette garantie exclut l’usure normale ainsi que les dommages résultant d’un mauvais usage, d’un accident, de modifications, de réparations non autorisées ou de toute autre cause ne constituant pas un défaut de matériaux ou de fabrication.

Cuemill ne garantit pas, ne déclare pas et ne s’engage pas à pouvoir réparer ou remplacer le Produit en vertu de cette garantie sans risque de perte d’informations ou de données stockées sur le Produit.
